Seeing as much of the time spent at a desk involves work (which usually isn’t any fun), we have to find ways to entertain ourselves at our desks. Some people keep action figures or little games on their desks. Gadgets and doo-dads can keep a person occupied when they need a break from work. Usually people accessorize their desk with awesome things, but what if the desk itself was awesome?
A redditor called Jacks_RagingHormones (a great name by the way) recently posted about a desk he customized into one of the coolest desk I’ve ever seen.
Seems like a pretty normal desk right? It’s got the computer, the speakers, pens, paper, and a lamp. Nothing out of the ordinary at first glance. But look closer at that glowing rectangle right in from of the computer monitor.
Get a little closer and look down into this desk’s awesome infinity mirror equipped with LED lights!
The infinity mirror desk was made using very simple ingredients in an ingenious way. The bottom mirror is just a regular old mirror. The top mirror is a one-way mirror. The one way mirror’s reflective side faces and reflects the mirror below it, while the topside of the mirror allows you to look through and see the two mirrors reflecting off of each other, creating the “infinity mirror.”
The LED lights installed between the two mirrors allow for a pretty awesome effect. The LED lights can also be changed to many different colors.
This is a really awesome desk, and it’s definitely worth the time and work that went into it.

Working at this desk would be pretty awesome, though I think I would get distracted a little to often by staring into infinity and wouldn’t get a lot of work done. I still want to make one, though.
