Sometimes, people show you how cruel they can be. This abandoned dog was discovered injured and left for dead on the side of the road. Someone had obviously struck the poor animal with their car and just kept going. It’s disgusting how carelessly the poor guy was treated, but that changed when he was found by Guardia Civil Officer Carlos Sosa.
Warning: the video is difficult to watch. However, it shows how Sosa heroically went into action, comforting the dog and bringing him to a veterinarian. Take a look.

Sadly, his injuries were too extensive and veterinarians were forced to humanely put him down. Sosa never left his side throughout the ordeal. This is what real compassion looks like.
