When Romanian snowboarder Sorin Radu goes snowboarding in remote locations, there is always some chance of danger. But, on this particular occasion the danger became more than just a possibility.
While snowboarding, he hit a patch of snow that started an avalanche which eventually overtook him. Lucky for Radu, he survived. Lucky for us, he also managed to capture the experience through a GoPro camera he was wearing on his helmet. It goes without saying, but please, don’t try to repeat this.

It definitely is cool that he got this on film, but it’s also pretty scary to imagine what it was really like to be in his shoes.
